Eligible candidates should visit
to register for the course. During the registration process, each candidate will be asked to name and provide contact details of a 'Supervisor' who should be somebody in the same organisation who can verify their credentials. They will also be asked to select their 'Primary Affiliation' which should be the parent organisation under which the candidate will be ship visiting. If their own organisation is not on the list, Constituent members of the MNWB should list the Board as their Primary Affiliation. Once the candidate's application has been approved by their respective organisation, log-in details will be sent by email to the candidate, allowing them to commence the course. On completion, the Supervisor will be asked to verify that all modules have been completed satisfactorily. Thereafter, an industry recognised Ship Welfare Visitor I.D. Card will be issued to the candidate by post.
There is an administration fee of £20 per delegate to register for the course.
