Our Partnership with Cranfield Trust
The Merchant Navy Welfare Board (MNWB) has partnered with Cranfield Trust to offer dedicated capacity-building support across our member charities. Through this partnership, our members can gain access to expert, tailored, professional support designed to strengthen leadership, strategic resilience, and overall operational effectiveness. Cranfield’s UK-wide network of approximately 1300 skilled professional volunteers contributes expertise across strategy, governance, finance, operations, people management, organisational change, and leadership development.
