SOUTHERN PORT WELFARE COMMITTEE

Southern Port Welfare CommitteeThe Southern Port Welfare Committee (PWC) meets three times per annum. PWC meeting venues usually alternate between the Southampton Seafarers Centre, Warsash Maritime Academy and ABP Southampton. The Committee discusses maritime welfare issues of a national and local nature. PWC comments on grant applications to the Maritime Charities Funding Group of local interest are documented and passed to the relevant grant-making charity.
