SOUTH WALES REGION WELFARE COMMITTEE

Cardiff and Newport Port Welfare CommitteeThe South Wales Region Port Welfare Committee (PWC) meets three times per annum. PWC meeting venues alternate between the Mission to Seafarers Flying Angel Clubs at Cardiff and Newport with annual visits to Cardiff City Hall. The Committee discusses maritime welfare issues of a national and local nature. Committee comments on grant applications to the Maritime Charities Funding Group of local interest are documented and passed to the relevant grant-making charity.
