Launch of the Seafarer Support Referral Helpline at the Northern Ireland Port Welfare CommitteeThe Northern Ireland Port Welfare Committee (PWC) meets three times per annum to discuss maritime welfare issues of a local and national nature. The Committee confers on any local grant applications and passes relevant documentation to the appropriate grant-making charity. The PWC meetings are (in the main) kindly hosted by the following Northern Ireland PWC member organisations.
