NORTH & EAST OF SCOTLAND PORT WELFARE COMMITTEE

North and East of Scotland Port Welfare CommitteeThe North & East Scotland Port Welfare Committee (PWC) meets three times per annum. PWC meeting venues alternate between the Aberdeen Maritime Museum, Aberdeen Harbour Board, RNMDSF Fishermen’s Mission, Peterhead with occasional visits to the port of Montrose. The Committee discusses maritime welfare issues of a national and local nature. PWC comments on grant applications to the Maritime Charities Funding Group of local interest are documented and passed to the relevant grant-making charity.
