Blessing the new Apostleship of the Sea ship visiting vehicle in Milford HavenThe Milford Haven Port Welfare Committee (PWC) meets three times a year. The Committee consider seafarers' welfare issues at a local, national and international level.  Topics can range from port welfare facilities in Milford Haven to the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC) 2006.  The committee also considers grant applications to the MNWB and the MCFGs grants programmes with comments and recommendations passed on to the relevant grant making charity.
