LONDON & SOUTH EAST PORT WELFARE COMMITTEE

Chairman: Capt Peter White

PWC meeting venues usually alternate between Tilbury Seafarers Centre, Mission to Seafarers’ Central Office in London, London Port Authority at Gravesend, Medway Ports, MNWMS Springbok, Queen Victoria Sailors Rest and occasional visits to Dover Harbour Board to cover the area. The Committee discusses maritime welfare issues of a national and local nature. PWC comments on grant applications of local interest are documented and passed to the relevant grant-making charity.
