The Gibraltar Port Welfare Committee (PWC) meets three times per annum with meetings hosted by the Gibraltar Port Authority in the office of the Captain of the Port. The Committee discusses maritime welfare issues of an international and local nature. PWC comments on grant applications to the Maritime Charities Funding Group of local interest are documented and passed to the relevant grant-making charity.
