Gibraltar Port Welfare CommitteeThe Gibraltar Port Welfare Committee (PWC) meets three times a year with meetings hosted by the Gibraltar Port Authority, the Royal Navy and Gibdock (formerly Cammell Laird).  The Committee consider seafarers' welfare issues at a local, national and international level.  Topics can range from port welfare facilities in Gibraltar to the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC) 2006.  The committee also considers grant applications to the MNWB and the MCFGs grants programmes with comments and recommendations passed on to the relevant grant making charity. Organisations represented on the Gibraltar PWC, along with links to their respective website, are as follows:
